Recruitment Process

Candidates who wish to take part in an open position within the company:

a) By sending a résumé,

b) In response to an advertisement,

c) By responding to calls,

apply to the Human Resources Department. Applicants are required to fill out the “Job Application Form.” It is essential that the Job Application Form be completed fully and accurately. The Job Application Form is only for application purposes and does not mean acceptance of the applicant for employment.

Candidates to be invited for interviews must:

– Possess the information and skills specified in the “Personnel Request Form.” Except for special circumstances required by the position, they must have completed their military service or have no military obligations. (This condition does not apply to interns and temporary staff.)

– All required tests for the position are administered to the invited candidates. For white-collar staff, Personality Inventory, General Ability, General Knowledge, and Foreign Language Proficiency Tests are applied; for blue-collar staff, only the Personality Inventory Test is applied.

– After the test applications, a competency-based interview required for the position is conducted by the Recruitment Specialist.

– Once interviews and reference checks are completed, the decision to hire suitable candidates is made by the human resources manager and the relevant department manager. Candidates selected for recruitment are submitted for the approval of the General Manager.

– Candidates approved by the General Manager undergo a medical examination, and the hiring decision is communicated to the candidate. Candidates found unsuitable as a result of the interviews are informed of the outcome by telephone.
